Choosing the right class level is essential in ensuring a positive experience. We offer daily beginner classes that will help you master a balanced sequence of foundational postures while learning how to avoid injury. We recommend you get started by taking one or two beginner classes each week for the first month. When you feel confident, you can choose a higher level and continue to build on a solid foundation.
If you have previous experience and you're not sure where to begin, call us and we'll talk about it. In every class you’ll receive personal attention and gentle correction. You will be guided to always respect your body's limits.
