Job Title: Receptionist/front Desk Manager


Responsibilities:

- Greeting guests and cardholders in a professional and welcoming manner
- Checking in cardholders, handling booking and cancellation
- Handling inquiries and customer complaints and referring all complaints to the Operations Manager if necessary
- Answering telephone calls and taking messages
- Helping to maintain clean and tidy facilities
- Assisting in the collection of outstanding accounts
- Conducting regular daily facility checks
- Opening and closing the studio/fitness centre
- Selling membership to achieve individual and group sales target
- Participating in all sales & promotion activities
- Developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers to achieve sales and service objectives by proactively understanding their needs
- Responding to inquiries received through phone calls, mails and face-to-face contact with customers and prospects.

Requirements:

- Form 5 standard with 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience
- Experience in customer service industry is an added advantage
- Be independent and presentable in handling front desk and telephone enquires
- Cheerful personality with good interpersonal & communication skills.
- Good command of English & Thai
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Shift working hours

Job title: Sales Representative/ Sales Manager

 

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the overall sales target set by the company for the sales team
- Training and supervising the sales team to achieve the company’s sales objectives Responsibilities:
- Selling agreement to achieve sales target
- Participating for all sales & promotion activities
- Developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers to achieve sales and service objectives by proactively understanding their needs
- Responds to inquiries received through phone, mail and / or face-to-face contact with customers and prospects
- Making outbound cold calls to explore new potential business
- Selling membership to achieve individual and group sales target
- Developing and maintaining sales strategies to achieve company’s sales and service objectives

Requirements:

- Excellent selling techniques and telephone skills
- Self-disciplined and able to work independently
- Self-motivated, aggressive, and result-oriented
- Proven extensive telesales/telemarketing experience is required
- Able to work under pressure
- Good command of spoken English and Thai

 

 

Job title: Accountant

 

Responsibilities:


Key-in accounting entry in AR part. Bank reconciliation; reconcile daily report with system record included VAT report.

Qualifications

- Thai
- Bachelor degree in Accounting
- 1-2 year experience in Accounting (Account Receivable) field is preferable
- Good computer skills, MS Office (especially in Excel)
- Good command of English skills

 

Job title: Yoga Instructor

Responsibilities:

- Assisting students in achieving their best yoga session in each and every class
- Helping to retain cardholders by conducting the most inspiring and best class in each and every class
- Developing the students' growth and knowledge of the asana and philosophical knowledge of yoga
- Promoting the company's workshops whenever possible
- Learning about all the different styles of yoga offered by the company so that they can explain the differences and similarities to students
- Treating cardholders with respect and by being friendly, courteous, helpful and professional to cardholders in and out of class
- Maintaining the company's brand reputation
