Dr. Pawan Agrawal is a certified Bachelor of Naturopathy & Yogic Sciences (BNYS) practioner from Raipur, India. He pursued his graduation in Naturopathy & Yogic Sciences from Shri Mahavir College of Naturopathy & Yogic Sciences, Nagpura , Durg; first and one and only Naturopathy institute of north and central India.
He first came across Yoga at the age of 13 in his school and since then had a great affinity towards it. His practice intensified in past 6 years when he decided to take up Naturopathy & Yogic science as a career.
The practice of Yoga over the past 6 years has convinced him that most of our fundamental attitudes to life have their physical counterparts in the body. Thus comparison and criticism must begin with the alignment of our own left and right sides to a degree at which even finer adjustment are feasible: or strength of will cause us to start by stretching the body from the toes to head in defiance of gravity. Impetus and ambition might begin with a sense of weight and speed that comes with free swinging limbs, instead of with the control of prolonged balance on foot, feet or hands, which gives poise. Tenacity is gained by stretching in various yoga postures for a minute at a time, while calmness comes with quite, consistent breathing and the expansion of lungs. Continuity and a sense of the universal comes with the knowledge of the inevitable alternation of tension and relaxation in eternal rhythm of which each inhalation and exhalation constitutes one cycle, wave or vibration among the countless myriads which are the universe.
In his classes you find more of backward bending and spinal work, making the back bone of the body more strong, opening the Anahata Chakra i.e. the heart and makes the person extrovert.
