Abbysan Ashtanga Yoga: A classical sequence of successive and connecting yoga postures, combines power and flexibility with movement, bandha and breathe to produce an energetic and detoxifying practice. The idea of connecting postures together with movement and a unique breathing technique to keep the whole practice flowing and alive. This concept of uninterrupted flow or Vinyasa, tied to an empowering breath, sets the practice apart from every other form of yoga.
Ashtanga Yoga (Beginner): A Balanced & classical sequence of successive yoga postures within the series, uniquely complimentary, developing strength and flexibility both concurrently and alternatively. Shortened primary, middle and finishing sequence.
Abbysan Ashtanga Primary Series: (YOGA CHIKITSA) A complete and classical sequence of successive and connecting yoga postures, combines power and flexibility with movement, bandha and unique breathing technique to produce an energetic and detoxifying practice and keep the whole practice flowing and alive. Previous Ashtanga yoga experience is strongly recommended to benefit from this class.

Abbysan Ashtanga Intermediate series: (NADI SHODHANA) A complete & classical sequence of successive yoga postures within the series, uniquely complimentary to Primary series with an amazingly different selection of poses in middle.
Astanga Vinyasa: An energetic non stop flow style practiced with different ashtanga yoga postures flow haphazardly yet balanced between the 5 major Vinyasa - Head up, Abdomen down, On the side, Abdomen up, Head down, and lots of emphasis on breath that cultivates unique strength, fluidity, and creativity of each student. Previous experience of any yoga and solid understanding of asana is a must.
Hatha Yoga: The word 'Hatha' is derived from the two root terms, 'ha' meaning 'the sun' and 'tha' meaning 'the moon'. Taken together, the term stands for 'union of force'. Hence, central to Hatha Yoga disciplines is the harmonizing of its positive (sun) and negative (moon) currents. The classes are cycled through a broad variety of traditional Hatha yoga poses.
Sun Salutation: The sun salutation traditionally consists of three elements: form, energy and rhythm. Our Sun Salutation class is a balanced series of basic postures performed in a single, graceful flow. Each movement is coordinated with breath.
Hatha Yoga (M): Standard moderately paced class for those who are more experienced yoga students looking forward to develop strength, balance and personality. The class is also recommended for men.
Hatha yoga (B): Standard all levels class, focused to train lower body with high intensity then upper body to build strength,stamina and endurance.
Sivananda Yoga: Another form of Hatha yoga, consists of a series of 12 basic poses: Headstand, Shoulder stand, Plough, Fish, Seated forward Bend, Cobra, Locust, Bow, Half Spinal twist, Crow, Standing forward bend and Triangle. Great for those need a change in their yoga routine and practice.
Gentle Flow: A Gentle, Flowing practice, Slow, restorative and breath-based.
Yoga CORE: Ultimate Core fitness program takes the “Best of Yoga” and “Best of Pilates” and integrates them into one balanced system of exercise. More then yoga fusion or Pilates fusion, it evolves the practice of each to train the mind as well as the body for higher performance.
Yoga DETOX: Yoga is perhaps the only form of activity which massages all the internal glands and organs of the body. By gently stretching muscles and joints as well as massaging the various organs, yoga ensures the optimum blood supply to various parts of the body helps in the flushing out toxins, leading to benefits such as delayed aging & stronger immune system.
Yoga Sukham (B): A slow, easy to follow, restorative and breath-based basic class designed for new comers of yoga to learn fundamentals of Yoga.
Yoga Warrior's: This series is the artistic series just like the ancient indian YOGA warriors this got great Yoga postures that strengthens your legs and arms and make them strong and lean, the proper breathing techniques increases your stamina and the concentration techniques increases your mind power this series changes your whole being to giving you a great new look you deserve.
Yin Yoga: This session is incorporated with basic flow to Hips, spine, kidneys and liver to stimulate and redirect the energy within the corresponding organs. Yin postures are held for long time and they target the connective tissue of HIPS, PELVIS, and LOWER SPINE.
Yoga Sukham (I): A gentle flowing practice, where flows are simple, short and only contains basic balancing posture to deepen your practice
Yogalates: A complete and comprehensive fusion of yoga and pilates. It is a movement system that stretches and strengthens all major muscle group developing developing a streamlined slenderness rather than bulk.
Pranayama & OM Meditation: This group meditation class is offered for students of all levels who are interested in more fully integrating their yogic transformation. Conscious relaxation through breath awareness is the goal. ALL LEVELS WELCOME.

Yoga Therapy (Back Pain Series): A therapeutic aspect of yoga. Good for all level.
Yoga Therapy (Neck and Shoulder Pain Series): A therapeutic aspect of yoga. Good for all level.
Lunar Flow: Intended to practice on the full moon, the new moo and at those times when you are feeling more tired then usual. It is a therapeutic alternative to your regular routine. Practicing a restorative sequence at regular intervals has many advantage, such as decreasing the risk of injury, and increasing the awareness of your changing body condition as influenced by the season and the waxing and waning moon. The over achieving pattern common to many astanga practitioners can be avoided with a regular weekly restorative sequence.
Vinyasa rhythm: An energetic and breath-inspired journey that offers a complete spectrum of rhythms, from meditative and rejuvenating to the challenging and empowering. The wave of a class is created through evolutionary cycle of sequences linked together through the breath wave.
