The word yoga is derived from the Sanskrit root YUJ means - to bind, join, attach and yoke. It involves the disciplining of the Intellect, Mind, Emotions, and Will, it is an equilibrium of the soul which enable one to look at life in all its aspects evenly.

Yoga touches the life of human at every level - physical, mental and spiritual. It is a practical method for making one’s life purposeful, useful and noble. As honey is sweet from any part of the honeycomb, so is yoga. Yoga alone enables the practitioner to perceive and experience the world with in and around him, to touch the divine joy of all creation, and share the nectar of divine wealth and happiness with his fellow being.
