Power Yoga 1
In this class you will learn the basics of Aśṭhāṅga Yoga. This fully instructional class will lead you through a series of process to reawakening our awareness of the spine, generate the internal heat, Improve basic power, strength, balance, and you will learn to surrender.
Help you improve auto postural alignment in classical Aśṭhāṅga Yoga classes.

Tapa Vinyāsa Kṛama
This ancient sequence requires standing on one leg and doing number of movements. Dedicated sages resorted to these endurance poses during ancient epic age and used these postures for meditation to please their chosen deity to get the desired boon.
Produces tremendous sense of determination and balance.
Helps attain high degree of concentration for meditation and other yogic accomplishments.
Strengthen the muscles and bones of the legs.
Helps improve standing stamina and endurance.

Come and learn the smart and scientific ways to loose body fat through Yoga and Pilates methods. We will also share nutritional tips and habits to improve your fat metabolism.

A general yet balanced stretching class includes sequence of poses to relieve tightness around some major group of muscles (hamstrings, Psoas, neck & shoulder muscles, Lower back muscles) that are commonly tight with daily stress and work frustrations; And from Acupuncture meridian theory perspective, may be causing a body-mind disorders in long term. This class follows the Sivananda Yoga tradition established by Swami Sivananda. This tradition integrates the 4 paths of yoga (Karma, Bhakti, Raja and Jnana) and seeks to develop physical and mental health as well as spiritual growth.
